Project: New Guest/Pool House with Boat Storage Garage below, Pool and Terrace.

Features: The guest house was designed to maximize dramatic views of pictur-esque Little Harbor in the Shingle Style to complement the architecture of the existing residence. The project received a design award from the Boston Society of Architects.

Services: Construction Document Prepa-ration and Construction Administration. The project was done by a KFP Architects' principal while employed at Streka-lovsky & Hoit, Inc.
