100 units: New 10 story Housing for the Elderly Apartment building with 1 and 2 bedroom units and a community Activity Room.

171 units: New 8 story 237,625 sq ft Apartment complex consisting of one & two bedroom apartment units with covered parking on a 5.79 acre site. The project also included a Clubhouse recreational facility, a Tennis Court and a Pool. Parking for 250 cars.

275 Units: Two new Retirement Housing developments: a twelve story building with 90 one bedroom units and a five story building with 75 one bedroom units.

49 Units: Conversion of former 6 story school into 42 Condominium Units with an additional 7 new freestanding townhouses.

70 units: Comprehensive renovation of former mill building into luxury condominiums. Services performed by a KFP Architects' principal as a consultant to Strekalovsky & Hoit, Inc.
