• Presentation Materials - Graphic promotional materials consisting of Renderings, Unit Plans, Scale Models for Sales Brochures, presentations to local authorities & Financing Sources.

• Project Budgeting - Development of cost proforma for the project including construction; interim financing; engineering fees; equipment and furnishings.

• Construction Documents - Preparation of plans & specifications identifying the work of all trades of the construction project.

• Condominium Documents - As built measured survey drawings for submission to the Registry of Deeds.
